Cosmetic Token?

Hope this idea finds you well! I understand Ashes developers have mentioned that once a cosmetic item sale is over it isn't returning- As a long term enthusiast of this project (one of the original Kickstarters) even I have missed a sale.

While you said you wouldn't resell the cosmetic items, you could sell a cosmetic token worth (1) item from the past... and still not break your promise for those of us beating ourselves up for missing a sale. Even if it's a once a year item, or intermittent....

Thoughts? I expect to hear a bunch of folks writing "too bad, you're SOL, etc.", but I also hope folks see this revenue generation as a positive.

While this would perhaps not technically break what they have said, it would (at best) be a technicality.

A person or company that weasels their way out of what they have said is no better than a person or company that just lies.

In both cases, you are left with a person or company that you can not trust.

I know personally I would be upset about this out of principal.

I backed early and often. Because that was the deal. If I had known that I could sit on my hands and get the same benefits years down the line, Intrepid would not have had my shekels for potlucks and pizza parties. Many of us that do buy the pre-order cosmetics would stop doing so at the slightest hint of wordsmithing or "well, technically we said......." after the years of assurances that it isn't going to happen.
