Metropolis potential, special features.

I'd find it interesting if a scientific metropolis could make a "scrying building" players could use to watch events going on across the world, like node seiges on the other side of the world and what not.

This sounds like a fun aspect for intelligence agencies in each type of node or maybe like a media conglomerate that broadcasts across Vera.

Imagine Divine nodes using some sort of surveillance magic called something like God's eye to broadcast stuff 📺
