Contract System?

Is there a contract system in the game? I can't find the answer to this. If not there definitely should be. Ashes has a high reliance on player engagement in=-game, and a contract system would help ensure deals are upheld. For example, I would want to be able to put a bounty on a player's or guild's head. I would like a way to hire a mercenary guild to help out in a castle siege. Escort contracts, node progression contracts, etc. Wondering if this is a planned feature

    I think you can post quests in taverns, not sure about putting a hit on someone, but it seems like a good idea to me. There are caravan escort rewards built into the caravan system.
