Ingame player owned chat channels

Would be great being able to create player channels, this is useful for bringing together people from different guilds, neutrals, alts, neighbours, uknown people, friends from different nodes and guilds, organizing meetings, having private conversations with multiple people, organizing defense during vulnerability timers, recruitment channels, public channels for streamers, etc
Options should allow adding multiple players and multiple guilds:
It is the best way for finding who is online, who can respond a call for help, ingame recruitment, great for streamers, for trading, etc
Player owned channels bring advantages over having multiple discord servers
Options should allow adding multiple players and multiple guilds:
- owners list
- moderators list
- blocked list
- joining options: public, password only, invitation only, owners only
- password: setting one password for joining the channel
- kick and ban
- should allow selecting text, copy and paste
- should allow moderators and owners to edit the MOTD: message of the day

PvE means: A handful of coins and a bag of boredom.
