I apologize if this was answered already. but is gear going to be class limited whether is is dropped gear or crafted

    No.
    All gear can be used by anyone. Some gear will be better for some archetypes then others but their are no planned limitations.
    Most people never listen. They are just waiting on you to quit making noise so they can.
