Hmmm I got the Voyager Pack but it was ages ago and I dont think it said I could reserve a name. You should be able to look that up when you login on the Ashes of Creation website (not here on the forum) click on "Account" and go to "Inventory" there all the perks and cosmetics you purchased should be listed and I suspect you'll find the name reservation right there as well. If that doesn't work, write a ticket, I did so as well in the past and they answer fairly quickly.
