I'm just hoping this will help establish the overall security system to the point where recurring trolling will no longer be possible, because the bot or person behind the spam will be completely blocked off from interacting with Intrepids platforms.

I imagine it's not too difficult to create various e-mails, roll your IP/VPN and use bots to spam posts the way they do. Good ol' public forums...
