Is there any news on any way to get a beta key whenever it releases or is it going to be an open beta? because i am really hyped for this game and i want to play it as soon as possible, and is there any news on release date on any closed/open betas?

There is no release date yet as the game is in pre-alpha.
Alpha testing is proposed for December this year for family and friends with testing limited to certain technical aspects.
Weekend NDA Alpha starting in Q4 2017)
