UE crashes

Still getting UE crashes after the spot test.

My specs are all above the minimum requirements, I hope this get fixed soon so i get to play the game :(

Happened after maybe a minute of being in game, was trying to accept first quest but wasn't working, world was also having trouble loading in, ill try immediately leaving starting zone to see if it changes something.

    Leaving the starting area early did make me last in the game a little longer but still crashed after about 10 mins :/

    If you are still having this problem, try going into your AoC install folder and then to PROD->Engine->Extras->Redist->en-us and run UEPrereqSetup. It will reinstall the Prerequisite UE. That might fix your problem. I'm having the same issue. I had a windows crash while playing and now everytime I log in, I crash after a minute or less of gameplay. I just found that file but haven't had a chance to see if it fixed the problem
    Also, if you are getting UE crashes, go to %localappdata%\AOC\Saved\crashes and delete the crash dump files there. They take up a huge amount of HD space

    i did this and i haven't crashed again. i had deleted 320gigs of crash files. that is insane and explains the confusion as to why my C Drive was so full.

    So many crashes here for myself and a guildmate. We both just updated our PC's this week, and can't stay in game for anywhere from 10-30 minutes before a crash to desktop with UE error happens. Reinstalled NVIDIA drivers, C++ Redist, game repair.

    Usually happens when travelling (and maybe crossing grids?); on my 2 other lower spec PCs it locks up for a few seconds, then returns but on the new PC's we both crash instead.

    You can hear the system fans go hard for a few seconds, then it crashes.

    AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
    64GB RAM
    RTX 5080

    Every other game runs beautifully, but AoC is so laggy and unstable these days (and getting worse), never used to be like this.

    Game is unplayable.
