Forever queue [1] bug

When joining the server, it will forever say Position in queue: [1]

Currently joining Vyra. Once, I clicked cancel and then play again, it updated to show the actual number, but then went right back to [1] and stays there.

Queue jumps all over for me. One moment it is 37, the next it's 581. Up down, up down over and over again.

Update: I was in queue for 2.5 hours, decided to cancel out and retry. Countdown started quasi-working after that, went from [360] to [1] within about 20 minutes. Loaded in, then got kicked out after 45 seconds. Good times!

Same here. Only thing I can think of is my admittedly inconsistent internet. Tried on the other US realms to the same effect

I have replicated this issue across all the US realms, unable to log in so far. Unsure if it is the same for EU but dont want to jump out of queue

Waited for 3 hours then it bounced me from queue... going back into it and I'm bounding back up to the 500's...

My queue started out at [15] 3 hours ago.
It has has been bouncing me between [1] and higher number, which is a visual bug, but the larger number has reduced at a slower and slower pace.
I've now been stuck at [1]/[2] for over an hour on Shol(EU)

Edit: A couple of my friends have managed to log into the server, without getting in queue, even though it's their first login. So they're logging in at the portal, without getting put in queue.
So there is definitely some kind of issue, which wasn't there during the stress test, as some people are stuck, and other don't get put into queue at all, even though they're logging into the same area.

Hopefully they will have a AFK kick system with these ques, no one is gonna leave the game and just afk the whole time to always be in game.

Same here. I could not get on earlier because of work.

I did notice an appearance bug. If you switch to another realm and back, the character presented is shown as bald.

Edit: Queue went from 1 to bounce between 481 and 526.

I've had the same issues with my queues. I have gotten in a few times, but I end up being disconnected after only a few minutes. Then get sent back to queue.

Hi, I have the same problem. My position sometimes jump up and after some minutes jump down but after a while it jumps up again in the queue.

I was at 1 for about an hour and a half, no number jumping. As soon as I opened the forum to find this post again, I got a loading screen. This loading screen rapidly counts up in percent to a seemingly random number, jumps to 100%, then resets to 0. Time to wait another hour and a half.....

I've been stuck at 1 for some time... I wonder if dropping queue and coming back in is better or if it's actually working correctly and the counter is just bugging out?

I did finally get in for a minute before the game crashed.

It was a standard "not really connected to server situation". Where all the other players were either standing still, or walking in place.

Well, this is an Alpha, it will probably take a few weeks to iron things to a more stable situation.

I wonder if low or medium settings will help stablity. The installation defaulted the video settings to high.

Yes I have been for probably an hour now. It was fluctuating from 1 to X number but now it's staying on 1. I restarted queue maybe once or twice but have been sitting here for 45 minutes at least.
