Bug window ... bugged

so.. does anyone know how i can fix this? and i cant even report it as a bug, as the bug window is bugged^^
I got there by accidently copy & pasting something in there that exceeded the window size...
already tried the following: change the HUD size, switch to window mode, relog, restart the game

update, the bug window is now resized, but sadly not reset from it's location, so i'm unable to move/make a bug report, screenshot attached
