Quest wont finish

I'm trying to finish my quest by doing the attune emberspring but its not letting me do it.

You can use your /bug command in chat to report any ingame bugs you find.

The emberspring in lion hold is broken.
Go to a different one and attune to it and go back to lion hold to finish it
