Launcher won't launch game

I have uninstalled and reinstalled, and repaired, multiple times and always an error message of one thing or another. Has anyone had the same issue, and how do you eventually overcome it? I haven't been able to play and this was my first weekend to get to.

    I am having the same problem and i seem to be getting different errors each time. I have been able to uninstall reboot, reinstall and then run as admin this fixed it a few times yet now no luck.

    Same issue something like X_Input 3 or something missing dll. I tried repair because it take me forever to download at 3mb I even deleted the entire folder and began to reinstall. I doubt I will be able to reinstall today tho. So I will have to try again next weekend I guess. I just wish I could install and play the game.
