In September of 2022, I paid $150 as an 'early adopter'. Now I see that others can pay $100 to get into the game, yet I dont have any access to Alpha? How is that fair? Can I get my account fixed, or if they wont help, can I get a refund? I feel completely duped.

Note that you received 4 months of game time, $50 in Embers, and cosmetics ... something the current Alpha-2 Wave Packs do not include. A lot of extra value there.
