Cannot pay node dues

Description:
After buying tax receipts and trying to submit them through the "Pay Dues" window of the Node interface, it takes the tax receipts but still shows a overdue status. I've tried paying twice now, once right after re-logging to see if it fixed like the storage issue, but both times failed.

Bug Reproduction Steps:
-Buy Tax Receipts from the Town Hall Administrator for 3 Dull Glint each.
-Open Node interface (N)
-Either use the "Pay Dues" function that pops up, or click "Pay Dues" button to open the Pay Citizenship Dues window and then click pay.

Expected Result:
Tax Receipts to be taken and overdue status to be removed.

Bug Report - Actual Result:
Tax Receipts taken with no change to overdue status.

    I already did an in-game /bug on this, but bumping here as well. On top of that, when purchasing, Tax Receipts are... taxed. So you're taxing me on the taxes I'm paying?!?

    I think I'd start monitoring the sales of pitch forks if I was the mayor.

    Just to add, though I think this has been mentioned elsewhere - it affects those of us who went into the weekend with overdue taxes.
