Players will randomly stop taking damage from AOE abilities

Players (flagged, corrupt, in war, everyone) randomly stop being effected by AOE abilities. In order to be able to take damage again from aoes, YOU have to relog. So unless you relog yourself, enemies cant hit you, this is very anoying.
This makes pvp super difficult cuz half your kits abilities dont work anymore on people randomly.
