Bug report - Camouflage

Ranger camouflage ability regularly doesn't work and always leaves out the boots since I upgraded to uncommon Aelan Chainmail boots

Camouflage doesn't work frequently for me. The spell goes off but I don't gain the invisibility. I'm not in combat, and don't have any debuffs. I'm not sure what's going on, but logging out and back in seems to help for awhile.
