Well I could live with the archeage like way to level up classes on the one character. But to be forced to create completelly new char only do be able to play different role/class - its rly bad

Give the experienced people their nostalgia fodder. Some will jump ship because they realise that "slow progression for experienced players" translates into tedious gameplay, but the hype will bring most of them back as the other players who stay find ways to enjoy and optimise the climb.
