Heartwood Beat Quest Turn in is bugged

After collecting the splinters getting more than 12 does not allow you to turn in the quest. when talking to the quest giver it shows 13/12 and allows you to click the turn in quest button but doesn't give xp and doesn't complete the quest. b3yyuq9b52l4.png

    Experienced this issue with 14/12 and no way to locate them in my inventory. Was going to try dropping two to see if 12/12 would turn in.

    i am having the same issue 14/12 splinters, can't finish the quest

    I got the quest, collected exactly 12/12. When I talk to the lady who gave the quest, I can get to the point where I can press the Complete button, the dialog closes but the quest is not turned in. Splinters are not removed and the quest still prompts me to talk to the lady.

    I did complete other quests in between accepting the quest and completing it.

    I was just attempting this tonight and it became a nightmare. For some reason the quest gave me a turn in location WAY north on the map at Hrok and Tul..... I being only level 3 decided why not make the trip and see what happens.... nothing.... nothing happens lol.... Now I gotta dig up where I got the quest from and see if they allow me to turn it in.
