    the item has a probability when you gather to drop legendaty. For the tree seam that more time you don't gather the tree more high is the probability to take high quality. Maybe there a counter that has this information and maybe the new item respawn don't have this counter. But can be that my Assumption isn't right.

    I’ll tell you it has nearly nothing to do with how long it takes to chop the tree or how long the trees been in a spot
