Broken Cargo Storage

Description:
When trying to buy cargo for a caravan run with an empty cargo inventory, the game says "You do not have enough storage to purchase this item".

Reproduction steps:
Attempt to buy single slot cargo from any commodity vendor.

Expected results:
Glint is consumed and cargo is put into my cargo storage

Actual result:
Cargo cannot be bought, and the aforementioned message pops up.

I actually just found out with your above issue. You have to have the storage open to make the purchase. kinda odd
