DirectX 12 runtime mandatory prerequisite was not correctly installed

I have rtx 3070 my windows is currently updated and so are my drivers i am playing on a laptop idk if that is the problem i saw on the forms alot of people are having problems with directx on laptops runs fine on my desktop i scanned my files to see if i have any corrupt files i tried taking away my firewall and security i guess next is to try reinstalling windows im not sure what to do if anyone had any suggestions please let me know i want to be able to play this weekend on friday i wont be home =(

i had to do a pc restart to new and i got this i went to dxdiag and downloaded directX right from windowns it hit 99% failed and i said F it re tried the aoc launcher and it ran!

I'm encountering the same issue, have done already a complete fresh reinstall of windows 11 and for all other games it works with directx 12 (for example new world in dx12 mode), anyone knows how to fix this without doing again a fresh windows install, without knowing if it will fix it? I have a rtx 4070, all drivers installed and everything else worked fine from the intrepid install...

Edit: The logs just says everything is already installed....

I’m using Windows 11. Simply visit this link to download the installer, then run it. Everything will work once the installation is complete.
