Changes
Persistent world housing only. Zero instanced housing. Regulate the population if needed to accomplish this or expand the map if the servers can handle it. Make more US servers to support persistent housing if necessary. Gear drop is trash. I can't comment too much on crafting. Make white and green gear easier to obtain. Keep pvp penalty's but change corruption. Right now, you have stretched your content by increasing the grind. This is why a similiar game LoA failed. People will play this game for the repeatable pvp content but nothing else. Persistent world housing would allow for more fun open world pvp content, crafting, and gathering. I like the current flagging/pvp system but there are some issues with having to flag before attacking someone back if they are trying to pk you. Game lacks any real bosses with boss mechanics.
