Character Bricked. Need Support.

a good day to everyone. my character on Server Vyra, named Victor, is bricked.
I can't deal damage or aggro to mobs, gain or lose EXP, use unstuck, and I'm inside the Forge beyond the place where there is no return. I can't leave the forge and it makes me feel like a painful soul trapped in the forge, and essentially I'm an NPC that torments the local players. I need help to regain my humanity or I will torment the forge forever (not preferable). Please help or die next so I can try to collect your items (it's also not working but it could change).

    I don't think they'll help you, friend. We've been writing about our problem everywhere since December 26th, but it's useless, they just gave up on us because the problem isn't global and you have a similar case.

    The majority of them are on holidays, patience. It was not a great idea to launch phase 2 yet, no.
