NPC & Monster models won't appear

Ever since phase 2 happened, whenever I log into the game all the NPCs and other players have no models. I see floating name tags and and I can right-click the names but I can't see them. The game usually crashes after twenty minutes of this. I can see monster models however.

I've tried the Repair option on the launcher as well as deleting and downloading the game again to no avail. Please help

    I experience this also when I can get in, I spend most of the time loading like 5 to 10 minutes then see no models and am dropped after 5 to 10 minutes.
