Unable to Launch Game After Patch

Since patch the game immediately closes after the "WARNING: known bad cpu" is acknowledged.

    I have repaired, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache. Nothing is working. Game will not even load to character select screen. Been able to play for the last 6 weeks but something in this patch is preventing the game from loading.
