Heals can't crit, they haven't been able to crit for the entire phase.

    I thought I was just really unlucky. I used to be able to get my soothing glow Crit stack going within a few casts and I noticed now it just never crits at all.

    I hope they can fix this soon!

    nope, as someone who was trying out a crit build with crit and crit power I was very disappointed when nothing changed. I can crit damage a lot but not crit heal
