Add a timer for node wars

I'm sure this has been brought up before but add a timer so the people in the node who are getting attacked have a chance to stop gathering and bank their items/ stop whatever they are doing and form somewhat of a defence. I assumed it was already in place having seen how 1 sided a node war is in favor for attackers but evidently its not.

    Feels like it wants some sort of declaration period, doesn't it. Rather than just showing up with 50 players and dropping it while it's completely one-sided.

    There needs to be atleast a 15 minute warning for where a war is dropped this allowed both sides to gather it people back to actualy defend the place right now all the power is in the attackers, they pick the time, they can group up before hand and they can murder everyone in a node the moment a war is dropped without them being able to respond. its bad for the game play so there need to be atleast a 15 minute timer from war being dropped for guild wars and probaly longer for a node war imo like at least 30 minutes for node wars
