Was TMX (formerly TMXD) suspended or not?

This player was seen farming respawning players at Ember Spring while mounted. If they were banned for exploiting guild war mechanics, what’s stopping them from simply creating a new character and continuing the same exploit?

Even worse, their actions align with what Intrepid’s creative director has publicly stated as an exploit. This raises a serious concern: bans from Intrepid can be easily bypassed, allowing cheaters to mock the system without consequence.

Will Intrepid take real action against repeat offenders, or will exploiters continue to abuse the system unchecked?

Yes. It's why Miraleth had to have "emergency elections" because their exploiting Mayor was removed by Intrepid.

But he (and Polar) knew what they were doing was wrong involving exploits. They made alt characters to try to avoid the consequences and created cheeky Guilds like "Waiting."

This is the same Guild that got a RIDICULOUS amount of resources from War "Victories" when there was rewards and no cooldowns. They continued to exploit the declarations for several days even after it was announced that this was actionable behavior.

So in short, yes, you are fighting someone that has had their character removed by the developers for cheating and who gained incredible resources and gear from exploiting. Of course he will win. And spawn camping an Ember tells you pretty much all you need to know about him.
