    This happens when the download is 100%. And in theory the game should already appear.

    for help you i need more detail. Can you please tell me what happening when the download is done and you try to select Play ?

    I press "play" and the loading screen appears. The loading progress reaches 100% after which an error appears. I attached a screenshot earlier. This happened about 10 times. I tried changing the display settings. It didn't help. Only once out of all the attempts the game appeared on my screen for 1 second. After which the same error 7 crashed

    what else worries me. I have the latest nvidia drivers. but the dlss mode is not available to me. there is a red exclamation mark and no choice. the video card is Colorful RTX 3080 Ti Vulcan
