Force Flagging out of events causes healing to target enemies

As you can see in this clip, when you are force flagged outside of an event currently your heals and buffs will target your enemies instead of auto self casting.

    Some fix suggestions:
    1. Force heal keybind - can't heal combatants unless you are "heal flagged". Restriction does not apply to your party / raid / guild - all can be separate options.
      But AOEs will remain an issue in situations when players are not in parties.
    2. Create a behind the scenes conflict per character. If you attack someone then they are automatically added to your enemies list and you can't heal them. Otherwise you can heal combatants while flagged as normal. Would need a keybind / right click menu option to manually remove someone from your enemies list to fix mistakes.
      AOEs will still remain an issue but less so - players get a bit more control of the issue. Still not ideal as you have to spend time attacking everyone to get them on your enemy list.
      Ideally the system also tracks parties behind the scenes. So if I attack a player, their whole party is flagged as enemies. If my party member attack someone, their whole party also gets added as enemies for our whole party.

    I feel like we're overthinking this. If I'm not in a group or guild with my target and I'm force flagged, I should not be able to heal them

    It worked perfectly until they implemented the fix for healing while outside events
