    Don't forget that we'll likely miss lots of the Primetime content, too. Just a shame that the NA players messed stuff up so badly that they needed the EU players to come and sort it out for them.

    They are...but time zone differences mean population distribution issues and obviously events like sieges are are going to be on late at night for the EU players. Far from perfect.

    For testing it's good though. The EU Community can then act as the simulation of smaller/disadvantaged/less invested guilds without actually doing that. The middle space of 'players who are very dedicated when they do play, but can't make the events.

    While I doubt that is Intrepid's intention, it's just 4 months and then EU servers will return.

    For those who still track through me, Steven's explanation from the LiveStream was basically just that this was going to be a rapid iteration phase anyway, so using just the US East server to fill out the larger world and synchronize more of the times with the available staff. The above 'EU Servers will return in Phase 3' was also confirmed.
