I keep getting this error when trying to log in" An unexpected error has occured while attempting to authenticate with Intrepid Cloud Services, Please try again later." can you help with this issue?

    I get the same error. I press login in the launcher and an extra window opens to log in, but it remains completely white or black with no option to log in.

    Make sure you have webview by Microsoft installed. If you're unsure, you can download it here: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-edge/webview2/?form=MA13LH

    Also make sure that you haven't disabled or blocked your Microsoft Edge browser.

    The webview2 application is installed as well as the Microsoft Edge browser. The browser is also set as the default browser. I have already whitelisted the Intrepid Launcher in the firewall. Without success.

    I have the same issue since today. I've made sure ive got the webview2 installed and also made sure the firewall is not blocking the launcher. As a matter of fact a few hours ago it was working.

    Today i've been able to log in again normally, without doing anything, so problem solved!

    Unfortunately, the login still does not work for me. When I click on Login, the window for authenticating opens, but this only shows the captcha for the first few frames and is then completely black or white, with no input options.

    I got my launcher to work by uninstalling / reinstalling edge, uninstalling launcher and getting a new version from website.

    My issue is I can log in but the screen goes black once i have chosen my character and hit play.
    I hear music but no video no sounds of being in game. I have tried all the fixes that i have found for this but i still cannot get into game

    This error occurs when your connection to the login servers is interrupted.
    🔸 Please ensure that your internet is working properly and if you have any antivirus or security software, that software is configured to allow the Launcher access to the internet
    🔸 The login process uses the Edge, which is built in to Windows. If you have uninstalled Edge or used any 3rd party software to remove Windows features, you will need to fix those issues before you will be able to sign in.
