I tried it with two computers and two networks, and the same problem occurred. I haven't been able to download the game yet.5576xkjyicc2.png

    I am having the same issue. Worked fine Saturday at noon returned home monday evening and the game won't load. Nothing was changed just can't connect to the update server to see if I have the latest version it seems. This works just fine on my laptop from the same ip address?

    EDIT: When I use IntrepidInstaller-0.3.260.12945.exe I can get to the login screen but my login is rejected. When I install this IntrepidInstaller-0.3.295.14113.exe I can't even get to the login screen.

    The issue was my ip address. I installed a vpn and changed ip addresses and it worked. Please look up what ip is blocked for my account and unblock it so I can off of VPN. I don't understand why my laptop worked unless it was a combo of my ip address and mac address or some other internal information?

    Any help from support on this would be great as I wasted a day a half trying to figure out what was wrong.
