Woodchips can't be made

Description
Farming says it's under lumber milling but you can't find it at the LM station. I checked the Carpentry station as well just to be sure. It's just not listed.

Wood chips are made when you make timber. 1 log --> 1 timber + some wood chips (i don't remember how many). I made some yesterday, of both heroic and rare varieties
