Feedback. Sept 7, 2025 - xp with mixed level groups

In phase 2, I asked many many times for a change to xp with mixed level groups so that low level characters were not left behind and could run with mixed level groups. The changes you've made have helped on this front, and I wanted to be sure to follow up and say thank you!
I'm seeing high level groups bringing low level characters with them to get them leveled up. It doesn't feel like op power leveling - instead I'm seeing players able to play together and high level groups able to help out players who are lagging in xp. It's keeping groups together much better.

* Common use of low tier materials in high level gear crafting.
Shame everything else is in a pretty bad state.
