Graphical Settings Won't Work Correctly

I have tried everything to get the game to run well on my machine, but there has been no way possible. I have very bad FPS issues with the game being stuck in 4k resolution in both windowed fullscreen and fullscreen modes. I cannot change the resolution at all in fullscreen and the cursor placement is mismatched with the visual indicator. In windowed fullscreen I can select other resolutions but the actual resolution does not change. Also the resolution quality provides a blank list of options in any of the settings. I tried again today after a long time of not logging in (since the first phase when I initially reported the problem in-game) and I cannot get anything to work. 4k is too much for my PC to handle and I can't get the game off it. I have never had this problem with other games.

So i just got a hold of support. typicla canned response. i had already outlined the steps i took and im not inclined to repeat the steps i already did for a file scale not in the software. I casn run 4K i have the clocks but im not on a screen that supports it (crazy enough) and there is NO OPTIONS MENU at he LOGIN screen so you cant even manipulate options. iv decided after reading this patch and the way the game appears to be falling over im not missing much anyways, and the idea of releveling again and again doesn't suit me. ill wait for final release im glad to throw my money at the development cycle and wait.

Have you tried to delete AoC config files? There must be a config / ini file which defines stuff like graphical settings.
