  for those who may be confused why im talking about fps while showing screen refresh rate. my screen uses variable refresh rate, that means if game runs for ex. at 50 fps then screen will run at 50 hz etc. thats why my hz is moving because it moves with games fps.

  First of all, yea obviously the game has problems this is an Alpha, its meant to have bugs and issues.
  
  Try running the game fullscreen mode.
  Also, try using an actual Monitor, you are using a TV which isn't mean for PC gaming. Yes it can be used a monitor, but usually they don't work even remotely as smooth as a dedicated gaming monitor.
  
  But from what i can see is that your GPU can't render the upscaling fast enough to actually catch up with the native ones, hence the white dots.
  A 4070 for 4k is also very... optimistic, even a 5090 can't run 4k that smoothly these days, its just too tasking.

  my tv is made for gaming, it have variable refresh rate , it have low latency gaming mode,it even have custom crosshairs...... ( tv tech is realy good these days. only difference from monitor is that tv is not trying to show true colours that you need on monitor for example in visual work etc, its focused on "beautifull" colours) as i said. i dont have ANY PROBLEMS IN OTHER GAMES. i play valorant alot and its a game thats very demanding on latency. and i have no problems with that. and gaming in 4k ... ( i even said that i have same results on RTX 4090, its in my other posts, all my other posts were on 4090). i use 4k screen since rtx 3070... (used 4K@60hz on that 3070) if i have no problem in hundrets of other games but only in one, then its game problem not my setup problem. and trying game in fullscreen mode... i showed it in video what it does.

  and if this was true that game is actualy so comicaly demanding... then interpid should ask themselfs why they making game thats nice on screen but ugly af when it moves while its demanding on hardware so much.. since this is mmo... its a recipe for tragedy.. steven should look at steamcharts and realise that 90% of players cant run even wow classic maxed.. and im ok if game is demanding because it looks amazing. but aoc is absolutely not that case.. game realy look good only on screens, once all those effects move... then its just a blurred mess

  Optimization and UI are one of the very last steps in every games development.
  Pair that with Unreal Engines abysmal performance (which Inteprid really can't do much about unfortunately).
  
  Your best bet here is hoping. If you bought into the Alpha recently then you can ask for a refund, you get 90 days money back. If its longer than that then tough luck unfortunately.

  Hey, I can really feel your frustration here – you’ve clearly done all the right steps, even provided a full video, and it must be exhausting to get the same generic advice back. Paying that much and not being able to play is rough.
  
  At the same time, Alpha is still the “wild west” phase: optimization, stability and UI polish usually come in very late stages of MMO development. Doesn’t make your experience any better right now, but it does explain why things feel so broken compared to other UE5 games.
  
  I’d say: keep pushing your ticket/video link directly to Intrepid support. On the forums we can mostly share ideas, but only the devs can dig into logs and configs on their side
  
  Fingers crossed they pick up your case soon – your feedback is valuable, even if it feels like shouting into the void right now.
