Does registering a username on this site ensure that I'll have the name in game?

As the above states...
I'm wondering if registering with a certain username on this website means that I am guaranteed that same name in game.

For example, I signed up with the name Apollyon for this website. When the game is released, will I automatically have Apollyon as my username?
Or will it require another registration?

    As i know name reservation will be in kickstarter package. For next question when kickstarter gonna be no1 knows but soon :)

    From what I've heard you'll be able to reserve with the Kickstarter.
