This is why Settlements need a reputation system.. You should be able to become an outlaw to a settlement. I think PvP should be open everywhere, including town. No where is really safe. But Guards n… (View Post)1 -

There are better ways to fight RMT. It can be made so difficult that costs for gold or items will be so high few would do it. Making emblems BoP wouldn't do much to fight RMT. It'd add an extra lay o… (View Post)1
