My.com account migration?

Hey there,

few years ago I purchased the top tier game pack via my.com. In this post from 3 years ago it was stated:
The planned transition process is already underway, and both MY.GAMES and Intrepid Studios are committed to ensuring the process is as seamless as possible. More information will be provided in the coming weeks on the migration process.

Around a year ago I contacted Intrepid support in this matter and the response was that migration process had not started yet. Has there been any update since then? ... or any resource available that I can follow to be notified?

It is a little worrying not to see any progress here for few years now. On top of that the thing with my.com accounts back then was that the EU players were supposed to be able to purchase the monthly cometics after game release as my.com had not provided a way to purchase them monthly. Would that still apply to migrated accounts after the migration?

    We are still working with My.Games to get the information that we need to migrate the purchases made on their platform over to our platform. We do understand that this process has been long and drawn out, and we apologize for that inconvenience.

    But at this point, if you are interested in purchasing additional cosmetics, it may be in your best interest to request a refund from My.Games, and instead make your purchase from the Ashes of Creation webshop.
