Here is a message I've posted before on the topic - Currently, AI voice-acting is not something we are working on as we develop the Ashes of Creation Alpha Two phase. However, our team is always looking at new technology that makes sense to implement in Ashes of Creation.
There are a few facets that go into adding something like this into a game that make it more complicated than it would seem. That isn't to say we will never do this, though.
