Forums is broken on phone?

So I often check the forums by my phone, but recently the site has been completely broken when I browse the forums via my phone. Heres a screenshot:

What you see above is what the forum looks like, and has looked like for the past couple of days. Everything looks normal on my computer and I use the same browser on both (Chrome).

Everything is still functional, it is just that the general layout is .... Gone.

And while I can use sites that looks like they come from the 90s, the white background is giving me a headache :x Is this an issue on my end? How do I fix it? Please help :[
