Cannot run the game in a highly performant KVM Virtual Machine

Hello,
My current setup is a high performance desktop running Linux which I have configured to be able to virtualize Windows 11 and run at native speed. Currently all games run on my Windows 11 VM flawlessly except Ashes of Creation. I run GuildWars 2, Steam Games, Anno 1800 and Cyberpunk on it. The VM has direct access (via the KVM drivers in the Linux kernel) to a NVME drive, a Geforce RTX 3080TI, 8 core CPU and 24GB of RAM, dedicated WIFI Card and dedicated SoundCard. It is, in essence, its own computer within a computer and it does very well in games at Ultra Detail.
Could the restriction to run in a VM be removed from the launcher ? This may actually open the door, in the future, to other players who may have a similar setup like mine.
Please let me know what would be the best path forward for me to keep my current setup and enjoy playing Ashes of Creation.
Thank you.

We are sorry but Ashes of Creation is not supported in a VM.
