Game is crashing constantly

Hey guys, my girlfriend is having an issue with her game. She was playing normally for the past 5 days, but yesterday she started experiencing a crash, which is shown in the screenshot. The crash started out of nowhere, and now, as soon as she logs into her character, the game crashes automatically.
Does anyone know what might be causing this? Her PC is very good, and yet this issue keeps happening.
She has already tried:
Updating the GPU drivers.
Rolling back to older GPU drivers.
Repairing and reinstalling the game.
If anyone knows a solution, we’d really appreciate it.

Please confirm that her PC meets ALL of the minimum spec requirements, including those for storage

I also recommend running a repair on the client, and if that doesn't work, reinstalling the launcher and the client.
