Page Not Found When Trying to Purchase Bundle

The page loads fine until it has me login to my account from 2017. Then it just says page not found. I've tried 3 browsers and incognito mode..same thing.

Any other work around here?

    From your tags it shows you are a KS holder (Kickstarter). That means you would not be able to purchase one of the current packages, only upgrade your one you got in 2017. Settler was the $50 package that include various stuff, but only had access to Beta 2. On your store page, you should have an upgrade option get access to A2 for I think it was around $50. You DO NOT have to buy the full $100 package that has been on offer since 2024. Your store page should look similar to this when logged into your original account. (I can't show you the exact purchase option, because it is not a valid option for me) Scroll down under Monthly Addons and find the one that says upgrade to Alpha 2 or similar for around $50 or $75 (cant remember how much it was at your level)

    Now, if none of that appears, but you can get into your account, you need to contact CS. Not here, through the website. They will get you sorted out and to the right place.

    Good luck. You are not the first returning person to have issues after years away. They all get sorted eventually.

    Thanks for the reply. I don't see anything that says upgrade I just see where I can purchase the founder package for $100

    If you purchase that you should only have to pay the $50 dollar difference between the packages on checkout. There was an upgrade option that some had. I may be confusing the options. Good luck.
