guess this is where the gap between us not understanding each other stands. You think that as long as leaders between 2 guilds cooperate everything is fine. And i think that even if the 2 leaders cooperate, if 1 of the 2 guilds get a lot more, the players in the other wont stand and take it as something normal -

No i think there are mainly 2 types of players in guilds ( ofc there are a lot more types, but most can be generalized in those 2) 1. players that are in guild for the community, friendship, to help eachother - and those players join small guilds 2. players that want to dominate servers, take everything without having any… -

There are counter measures about this, The castle rewards as pointed in the official AOC wiki become better the longer the guild holds the ownership of the castle. So for example the moment you take the castle the rewards are bad, but if you hold it 2 months then the rewards become worth it. So now if you transfer… -

And this all depends on the way AOC make the game, If they make it as you say - today Alliance 1 get this reward, tomorrow Alliance 2 take it and ect. then yes it will be same as you say. When 1 guild occupies a castle infinity amount of time (until sieged), or have guild hall in metropolis. Or have to fight for some guild… -

It for sure wont be "your castle", because when all the players from guild 1 rip the benefits of being the owner of the castle, while you dont, you will see what i mean. And yes if you play together like guild 1 + guild 2 doing same content together, then yes, you can claim in such situations that "its your castle as well"… -

Again, this goes back to the "being run well with good organisation" thing. If I'm in Guild 2, and I've just spent the last few weeks helping Guild 1 to siege and take a Castle, then you can be damn sure that I'm going to do my very best to keep Guild 1 in that Castle. 2 weeks is long period to not log... Ofc they will get kicked from any normal active guild for not logging in 2 weeks. Also 300 players is not small. its big group. When you take in account that party groups are with 8 players (according to AOC is to allow group to contain 1 of each class/role). With 300 players you can… -

At the moment the cap of players that can own a castle is 300, but this is subject to change and they can always make it 100. 1200 players wont dominate a server, because the total players in the server will be like 15k. 1200 is under 10% of the total players. So you can expect 1200 players to dominate 2/5 of the whole map… -

The limits won't last, as-is - they can't last. You'd reach a point where your guild leader/officers are having to boot people EVERY WEEK, to make room for new members. Every MMO with member-limits I've seen so far with large guilds runs out of space, eventually. It results in regular reviews for kicking. 300 is *so*… -

So if there are no guild benefits as you say, then they just need to add some. Like the game is pre alpha 2, it is yet to get balanced. And this here what i am writing is not so much to chat with the community, but to bring AOC atention to the problem at hand. Ofc discussing it with the community will help them see both…
