Divine Infusion and Spell "lag"
When using divine infusion to finish a cast, even if you have enough power to instantly finish entire cast, there is a moment when you start a spell that you cannot complete it instantly with divine infusion.
This buffer period before you can infuse feels really bad in my opinion, I think it should be removed so when you start casting a spell that can be infused, if you DO infuse, it does so without delay. Otherwise it ends up feeling stickier as a button than it should in those situations.

Re: Cleric Rating meaning and importance
The stats in game tell you what they do if you mouse over them in detail.

Attacking a world boss should flag you as a combatant
Current state of corruption and world bosses mean that it's easy to turn pvp contests into pve contests
If attackers of Tumok and Firebrand were flagged for combat, it would not punish people for pvping over the objective.

Re: Is taking too long to develop going to kill Ashes?
No. Not taking long enough will kill the game.
Re: The giant floating books
I love the big book. Very DnD. I hope later you get glowing runes coming off it. Some that look like they are on fire. And so on. Also my second fav weapon on my bard. Spell Bow is just too good.
Very not DnD at all. Wizards don't run around with their book floating in front of them unless they want it stolen. The low end for a Wizards spell book is 100 gold that's literally a spell book with 1 level 1 spell in it.
Not to mention your showing every enemy who to kill first.
Re: Is taking too long to develop going to kill Ashes?
Somehow they need to decide, carebear og risk vs reward. Stevens says risk vs reward, but the state of the game atm, is carebear, with only caravans somehow risk vs reward in a f up way.
If AA2 is better and faster to release, aoc need to be something else, like going full carebear.

Re: [Feedback] Racial identity feels like it's missing; races don't feel visually unique.
every race has its own unique armor models.
This is true in some sense, but functionally, unless those armors are side by side for comparison, many of them are marginally different at best. The Ashen Haunt sholders for instance, on Vek are slightly more pointy on top, and on Kaelar they're a bit more bulky. It's still the same armor set skin, wrapped around a slightly different shape. This is true for most all of the unique armor sets. *vaguely* different shape. The generic armors are different. Yes, Kaelar have a completely different look to the 2nd sword armor, and aelan chain, but as a player that's something I have to learn over time. It's not obvious. Especially not from a distance.
Meanwhile the four available medium sized races look so similar that even up close I can't tell the difference between them. The vek's hunched posture is the exact kind of thing that gives racial identity, but again for some reason it goes away as soon as we're holding something? It feels weird to lean into that sort of difference, but only .1% of the time. Why even have it at all at that point?
I hope over time they do add in posture differences and other things to make the races more distinct, because right now the vague armor model differences don't seem to achieve the visual identity at all.
