That's actually a funny idea, imagine if the votes would be in a caravan and the caravan gets destroyed, then the votes disapear lol. Would be even funnier if you could loot the votes and commit forgery

I am pretty sure this would be a great way of making gold:
- ballots are sellable, if you are the original owner you could simply sell it LOL
- stolen ballots are also sellable
- you can edit any ballot, this ballot could be originally yours, or stolen, or bought
- if you stole a hundred ballots, you could just edit them all and pick your choice and deliver them and then votes would be counted, nobody would ever know
- if you are buying ballots, then its the same thing, do anything you want, you could commit forgery or simply trash them all

I personally like it, as long as there won't be any server issues causing deaths. Brings me back to games like Tibia, which is what I was originally hoping to see from Ashes years back, but in 3D with a plethora of other systems. Except there, you'd also lose your backpack and some of your equipment which could be stolen by anyone that loots your body. Sometimes a death would make you lose weeks of progress. I think you should be punished for not being safe, at least a little bit. Keep it mind, it wouldn't be just you "suffering" from it when it happens, so it's equal playfield nonetheless.
Perhaps, have the penalty for PvE deaths be a good bit lower than PvP to not discourage players like you? Maybe have some sort of penalty-free death system that replenishes over time so you could die without consequences in PvE once every certain amount of hours?

I wouldn't mind seeing dungeons open and close from multiple angles, maybe when a river freezes to allow access or play around with dynamic water levels in certain areas.

I do not see this happening at all. I am sorry. There is tons of paid alpha's and beta's to make it in before they can do a free weekend event.

Doubt it will happen. All "testing" for Ashes has been a paid experience so far. Opening up the short B2 phase (their stated intent, not mine) for free after people bought packages for $75 (cheapest Intrepid package that included B2) would just cause another round of "outrage" similar to anytime Intrepid "changes the deal" when it comes to money. Since this negative press would occur shortly before launch, when Intrepid has said they plan to actually start marketing the game would bite them in the ass. I get that people want stuff for free and feel that they are entitled to it, but not every restaurant lets you come in and sample their food before you order it. Some provide menu pictures though. (my analogy to streams)

There was at one point a description of summoner as a secondary allowing the primary archetype to summon powerful weapons instead of pets. in an abstract way you could use this for shapeshifting. Here it is: (left the warning in there so theres no confusion) If its too small open in another window.

I would like to see all of the classes' skills/augments build options/effects from the beginning, to know which ones I want to work toward.
To me it is worth avoiding the frustration of working for something that doesn't function the way you expected, even if that means giving up a little of that surpise that comes with not knowing what you get until you unlock it.

I really appreciate being able to determine the value of abilities past their base numbers, for example, as tank If i have an ability that gives me a flat % max hp shield decaying over 5 seconds that's great, but what i really want to see is how well I am using it, so if they can give me ways to determine exactly how well I am using my abilities that would be much appreciated.
Yes, very good point. I much prefer having access to numbered data. I want to know how much my dmg does, what kind of dmg, and how much armor mitigates damages, how resistances work, all in numbers, instead of just abstract terms with numbers in the coding.
