Chat ban

Is there already a system in place too deal with "toxic" people? If there is what for system is it? Chat ban that goes away over time, after certain activities are done, .. or don't you get a chat ban at all like on Guild Wars for example?

My idea: having no chat filter in the begging, but when people use offensive words in an offensive way, maybe filter only their curse words instead of a full mute & that the filter goes away after a certain periode of time?

    We have a Chat Moderation feature in Discord and a comparable feature for the forums. Come time for launch we can be safe to assume there will be something similar in game.
